This notice explains what PaasKart does with the details you share on the waitlist form on this website.
What we collect
Your name, WhatsApp number, shop or business name, what you sell, city and area, how you take orders today, your language, and the date and time you joined and gave consent.
Why we use it
Only to contact you about early access to PaasKart, to invite you to try it, and to understand what sellers like you need. We do not use it for anything else.
Who can see it
Only the PaasKart team. It is stored on the servers of our hosting provider, Hostinger. We never sell your details or share them with anyone else for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Only if you allow it, this website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages and buttons are used and, when we run ads, Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Instagram and Facebook. They see things like the pages you open, your clicks, your device and browser, and your approximate location. Form fields are hidden from recordings, and your name and number are never sent to them. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Your language and light or dark choice are saved only in your browser.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after PaasKart launches in your city, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to hello@paaskart.com and we will act on it within 7 working days. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Complaints
If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
