Terms of use
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms apply when you use PaasKart, either as a seller with a PaasKart shop or as a customer ordering from one. By using PaasKart you agree to them.
What PaasKart is
PaasKart is software that gives a shop its own online order page. Orders reach the seller on WhatsApp and in the PaasKart app, and customers pay the seller directly by UPI or cash. PaasKart does not sell the products, does not collect payments for sellers, and is not part of the sale between a seller and a customer.
For sellers
You must be 18 or older and allowed to sell what you list. You are responsible for your products, prices, photos and descriptions, for the licences your business needs (for example FSSAI registration for food), for taxes, and for delivery, refunds and customer service. Don’t list anything illegal, unsafe or fake, or anything you have no right to sell.
Your account
You log in with your Google account, so keep it secure. The details of your shop must be true. We may pause or remove a shop that breaks these terms or the law, or that customers report for fraud, and we will tell you why.
Free trial and plans
Every new shop gets 30 days free with every feature. Paid plans are shown on paaskart.com. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan and approve the payment yourself. You can stop using PaasKart or delete your shop at any time.
For customers
When you order, you buy from the shop, not from PaasKart. The shop sets its prices and its delivery and cancellation rules, which are shown before you order, and your payment goes straight to the shop. For questions, changes or refunds, contact the shop. If you can’t sort it out, write to us and we will try to help.
Your content
Your shop’s name, products and photos stay yours. You let PaasKart store and show them so that your shop page and your orders work.
Our responsibility
We work to keep PaasKart running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. PaasKart is not responsible for the products, payments or deliveries between sellers and customers. Where the law allows, our total responsibility to a seller is limited to what they paid us in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms as PaasKart grows. If a change matters to you, we will tell sellers in the app or by email before it applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
